Women have been fixing their eyebrows since who knows when. But it dates back to even the time of old Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans. Cleopatra has very defined brows. I doubt if that was all natural.

Eyebrows became part of every woman’s vanity through time and still is today. We sometimes forget that their real purpose are to protect our eyes from sweat and moisture . They also show our emotions to compliment our feelings to better understand each other. Eyebrows are very much part of our face too and who we are. We look different if we shave it off. So in a way, they help identify us from others.

There were periods when brows’ trendy looks were thick, then periods when thinner brows looked more fashionable. But now, bold and fuller brows are back.

There are so many good products out there to help women design their brows easier. There are brow studios and salons that women can go to for their brows too. Some even have their preferred shape and color of eyebrows tattooed permanently so they don’t have to fix it everyday. It’s all about preference and style.
