In this digital world, there are may ways we can capture important moments and milestones. and newborn photography is definitely one of them. It is another “in” thing in the parenting world these days. It is when newborn babies are photographed a few days after they are born and usually there’s a theme too. Some choose the simple and calm theme while others want a more playful theme like Harry Potter or Wonderwoman. If you’re planning to do a DIY newborn photography, think twice and even thrice. There’s an art and skill in taking specific shots of the baby (Like those you see in Pinterest or other photos of your family or friend’s baby’s newborn shoot). You should know how to be gentle in handling the baby. Extra careful handling is a must!

Newborn shots from a professional studio or photographers is a way for parents to keep wonderful newborn photos of their baby. Others find it as a nice way to introduce their child to the world as they post the photos in their social media accounts. We personally did not have newborn shoots for both our kids. We just took photos ourselves and random everyday shots just like before. But I personally enjoy looking at newborn photos and how sweet and innocent the babies are. God-willing and we’ll be blessed with another baby, we might try this newborn photoshoot.

So moms and dads, there are several packages to choose from and photographers as well. To help you out on who you can contact, here’s a list of reliable and experienced newborn photographers (in no particular order).

“I would say that my style of photography is a celebration of life. I like capturing magical moments, the giggles and twinkles in their eyes, the hugs out of the blue and wet kisses… I try to combine classic portraiture with artistic and more modern treatments and natural expressions. I also value simplicity in my work. It is important to let the child’s personality emerge through the photos. I really love what we do and it is such a blessing to be living this dream.”
