The pandemic has brought so many changes in our lives since March 2020 when lockdown was in place and everyone had to stay home. Now that people are starting to move around and go out, we learned to live with caution. We learned to be happy in simple experiences or even a simple car ride. Car rides and adventures are better with food of course, and the safest way to get freshly cooked food while minimizing public exposure is through drive thru!

Here’s sharing our list of drive-thru options if you would like to minimize your exposure and going into establishments.

But first here are a few reminders.

1. Sanitize – after you pay and get the change or your credit card back, and after cleaning the food
2. Don’t spray alcohol or sanitizer on the food. Wipe down with alcohol or disinfectant the packaging of the food or drink you bought
3. Do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth (make sure you cleaned your hand first , if you need to)
4. Throw all your trash or put them on one paper bag or plastic bag – tissues, plastic, or other packaging that are not needed

Back when there were few opened restaurants, around September to October, our Starbucks drive-thru experience range from being a time to talk as a couple, me-time, date time, to family bonding time with the kids. It was a time to unwind and go out from being stuck at home for many days 24/7. It was our time to see the world. Then again, Starbucks coffee brand being an experience more than a product. Try this on your next free time. Just a tip, lines get longer during peak hours which are usually after lunch , before dinner, and after dinner.

Their Greenhills branch has a drive-thru and it’s nice to drop by for some donuts and coffee. Their curbside pickup is close to drive-thru too. Best to call the branch first so they can prepare your order. You may also call any of their partner companies, whichever is nearby if any- Max’s, Pancake, Teriyaki Boy, Jamba Juice, Yellow Cab, Dencio’s , or Sizzlin’ Steak.

Even before the pandemic, we frequent their drive thru. Mainly because happy meal toys attract us a lot. Sometimes you’ll see more cars lined up than people lined up inside the store. Anyway sometimes we don’t mind waiting for our turn at the drive thru window just to hang around the car and enjoy the trip outside the house with the kids.

Jollibee – you’ll find their branches with drive thru service here

Always a happy food right? We usually crave for jolly hotdog, jolly spaghetti, and of course, chicken joy!

Craving for halo halo, mami, siopao, or buchi? We usually crave for these and we’re happy there’s a nearby branch with drive thru from our place.

Chicken burgers and a good bucket of chicken and good gravy for the family! Don’t forget their good sidings too! So glad they have drive thru services in some branches.

Burger King – the website is under repair but hopefully soon we’ll see the branches here with drive thru.

Dunkin Donuts – stay updated with fresh news and promos here

They have a lot of branches with drive thru now. They also have bike drive thru’s! How cool is that! We frequent here for good fresh coffee many times a week. Their cold coffees are the good too.

Tim Horton recently opened a branch with drive thru in the north, located along Quezon Ave. in Quezon City.

They opened a branch with drive thru! It is located at White Plains branch is at Lot 1 C-4 Katipunan Ave. Barangay White Plains, Quezon City.

Nice to have additional option aside from the regular fast food chains with drive thru service. So many products int their menu you could try! Their siomai and siopao are bestsellers.

You can now easily drop by for a meal for lunch or dinner or even before you head home at any of these establishments with drive thru services.
