2 Healthy Ground Beef Dishes on a busy day

As a stay at home mom and being very hands on with the house, I spend my days thinking about our family’s meals from main meals to the snacks even the meals of our helpers too. Well, our helpers eat what we eat anyway so no special menu for them. I do all the cooking too.

Today, it dawned on me that I’ve been cooking more or less the same food but of course with a decent interval (like a week apart) so that the family doesn’t get fed up with the food.

Aside from making sure our meals are healthy, it saves us a lot when we eat at home. As we know, restaurant’s mark ups are usually more than 200% per dish for most restaurants (well, not all) in the malls and especially in hotels.

Today, looking at the ground beef I have in the freezer, I cooked 2 healthy dishes instead of making burger patties and meat balls out of it (as originally planned).

Sharing the recipes of these easy, affordable, and quick dishes. You can make these on your busy days and they hit right on the spot! Even our baby eats these too.
