Ground beef with green peas

I saw some leftover ingredients in the freezer today and thought of something easy and fast to make with 2 major ingredients. So, here it goes:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kilo ground beef
  • 200 grams green peas (you can find 200g pack in the groceries)
  • half of a medium onion
  • minced garlic (approximately 1 teaspoon)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Procedure:

1. Saute onion and garlic then add the green peas.

2. After 2-3 minutes of mixing, add the ground beef.

3. Add the salt and pepper

4. Serve

This is so fast to cook and tastes good too!

***Best served: with soup and hot plain rice
