The Book made with Love

When our first born was just on her newborn phase, I was looking for a simple book that she can look at for shapes so she may get acquainted with the images around us. I found several newborn / baby books but they were expensive and I have to buy them online and ship it here in the Philippines. I’m okay with buying online but then I just want a simple book. So I “self published” a book for my newborn and I’d like to share it with everyone along with some possible questions you might have in mind 🙂

Will newborn babies need a book? They can’t even understand anything yet.

It’s never too early to start. A newborn is already aware of his/ her surroundings and when you read a book to a newborn baby he/she will be acquainted with the mom’s or dad’s voice. She will feel your presence as you bond together through reading.

What are the contents?

It contains basic shapes and images (all in black, white, and red) so newborn babies and even babies up to more than a year old can recognize them. It has 30 pages of learning for babies.

Why are they all colored.black, white, and red only?

A baby’s eyesight from newborn to around 6 -7 months are still not developed enough to distingish so much colors. The shapes and outlines are the dominant things a small baby can see.

How big is it?

It’s so easy to bring around or put in your bag or baby’s  bag. It’s 6″ x 6 ” and is laminated so  you can wipe off dirt or water that it comes in contact with.

How long can I use this book?

You can start showing this to your newborn baby to get them into the routine of reading early on until they turn 1 or older until they can recognize colors and shapes.

I started showing our baby books early on and now she so into books and likes to read by herself, with me, or her nanny.

Where and how can I get one?

Simply send me an email for all the details 🙂 tinatanjuatco@gmail.com
